People carriers need to be booked well in advance and may well incur slightly higher prices.
We offer a professional meet and greet service. Your driver will come into the arrivals hall to meet you when he has been told you have your luggage. Please have you phone on so he can keep in contact with you. He will have a meeting board with all your relevant details on it. He will then help you with your luggage back to your waiting car ready to take you home.
Our Airport and Cruise Terminal Services are accessible 24 hours a day. You can always leave a message, and we’ll call you straight back.
We know that time is important, especially when you have a flight or cruise to catch. On your return we will always monitor the status of your flight or the docking of your ship (usually about 05.00/06.00). So, we shall be there in plenty of time before you disembark (which you will need to let us know when you are in port). Regarding your return flights, we will wait for you to tell us that you have your luggage at which point we shall come in with a name board and meet you at a pre-arranged place, so your phones will need to be on to keep in contact.
The price you are quoted is the price you pay. No extras. You will be advised if Congestion Charges are to be added into your journey price. This will be at the discounted rate of £15 not £17. Our Terms and Conditions page should make you aware of that so that there are no “surprise hidden extras” that you do not know about.
